NANA JOHNSON'S EGG CASSEROLE RECIPE
Nana Carole Egg Casserole Ham and Cheese Soufflé 16 slices off white sandwich style bread, cut into cubes 1 lb ham sliced julienne strips or cubes 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese cuts into small chucks 6 eggs 3 cups milk 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 cups corn flakes 1/2 cup butter melted On day before you plan to serve Grease 9 x 13 glass baking dish Spread 1/2 the bread in the pan, add ham and both cheeses and then cover with remaining bread cubes. pack down as hard as you can. Mix egg, milk onion salt and dry mustard. Whisk together. Pour over bread and cheese dish. Melt butter. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of disk. add butter to cover the top. bake 375 for about 45 mins.
