CUT THRU THE BS ON THE TAX PLAN

NOTE WELL: under of the old tax plan, the top bracket paid 60% of the beer bill. Under the trump plan, the top tax bracket pays 62.5% of the bill bill. and remember if the top tax bracket beer drinker quiits and goes overseas, the the remaining 9 beer drinkers on have $30, not enough to pay the bill.
