Carole and I were in a Bald Eagle Restoration facility in Alaska in the early summer 2012. We were amazed at how Bald Eagles adapt to human kindness

I LOVE ARTICLEs LIKE THIS. THIS NOBEL CHEMIST ACTIVIST STATES BELOW: "They are now more clearly connected to human activities, such as the release of carbon dioxide ― the main greenhouse gas ― from burning coal and other fossil fuels."
HE DOES NOT KNOW THAT co2 levels are lower today than 20 years ago. Nor does he cite any scientific finding to support his claim. typical bullshit.

NOTE THE LEAD OFF SENTENCE: "FIRST HUMAN-CAUSED GLOBQAL WARMING EVENT." JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A DOPEY JOURNALIST, WHO HAS TO WRITE A PAPER ON A SUBJECT HE KNOWS LITTLE ABOUT.
MOST AGW ACTIVISTs WILL NOT ADMIT TO THE CYCLICAL EFFECTS OF GLOBAL WARMING/COOLING. TWO RECENT STUDIES, BOTH PEER REVIEWED, BOTH LIKELY TO RECEIVE NOBEL PRIZES IF THE POLITICS DO NOT GET IN THE WAY; BOTH REVEAL THAT THE VARIABILITY OF THE SUN IS THE PRINCIPLE OVERARCHING CAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING/COOLING.
While people today are living through the first human-caused global warming event, we aren’t the first to ever live through climate change. For example, between the years 800 and 1400, the world was about 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit (0.1 degrees Celsius) warmer than the average for that millennium.

The head of NASA, James Hansen is a global warming activist and very partial. He believes that POTUS should take unilateral action to combat anthropogenic warming.
Here are the problems with Hansen. He is head of NASA, but not representative of the scientists at NASA.
He routinely publishes false data that get headlines, particularly in the NYTimes.
The he retracts the data as a administrative mistake.
I have a number of examples of this on this website. pity he is a bigot.

global warming activists are vocal but have not peer reviewed papers.
glaciars are melting but water levels are not rising
why??
we have global warming on parts of the globe
and global cooling on other parts of the globe
there is more cooling than warming

In “Eco-Tyranny,” author Brian Sussman sounds a timely and important warning: The radical "greens" are not in retreat. With the defeat of cap-and-trade legislation in 2010 and the increasingly discredited alarmist theory of anthropogenic global warming, the greens may have lowered their public profile; however, with the full cooperation of the Obama administration, they are forging ahead with their illiberal agenda of gaining ever more control over the American economy and people
